The mission of the 30901 Development Corporation is Empowering Our
Community Through: Education, Economics and Entrepreneurship.
Areas of Specialty: Community and Economic Development
The 30901 Development Corporation is a
501 (c) (3) non-profit community development organization dedicated to
providing quality services to all persons in an effort to empower them
to build a solid future for themselves and their families. The
optimal end result is to transform our community once depicted as a low
income, blighted area into a bustling, safe and prosperous community.
Completed Projects:
FaithView Estates (Phase One)
12 single family homes with 3 and 4 bedrooms; Homes equipped with alarm
systems, dishwashers, microwaves, and refrigerators.
Linden Square
A 48-unit senior complex that is equipped with a social room, wash
room, community room, computer lab, fitness room equipped with the state
of the art equipment. The apartments are one and two bedrooms in a gated
