We are honored that you have chosen to receive your health care at our center. Be prepared for a different style of practice. We use the wisdom of the past to provide compassionate care, while utilizing the best tools technology has to offer. We are, however, mindful not to lose sight of the human element.

Our priority is to care for you and the community. We provide patient centered care to improve the health of the people in this community. We accept all types of insurance and are happy to announce that we are now providing services for children (newborns and up).

At the Lamar Medical Center, we provide culturally competent care and will assure comprehensive management of your care. The Center is dedicated to holistic and wellness of family, communities and the surrounding areas.

Our Vision: 

Lamar Medical Center (LMC) will progressively expand its services and programs to meet the changing needs of the community.  We will be an efficient, financially stable, affordable model health center.  Our outcomes will demonstrate a difference in the lives of our patients.  The vision in short shall be the Three A’s:  Affordable, Accessible, and Available.
