Children (Newborn and Up)

Preventative Services:
     -  well woman exams
     -  prostate exams
     -  colon screening
     -  geriatric screening for home health service, physical therapy and/or 
        occupational therapy.

We provide the following services:

     - diabetes screening
     - hypertension screening
     - cholesterol screening
     - memory loss & depression screening
     - BMI calculation and weight management with dietary counseling
     - evaluation and management of heart disease.
     - Physical Examinations
     - Podiatry Clinics

Monday            8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday            8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday       8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday           8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday               8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Closed each day from 12 Noon to 2:00 p.m.
