Conference Registration

 (Pre-Conference Celebration, October 14, 2008)

Where:  Beulah Grove Campus - Augusta, Georgia

Registration Fees:

$ 110 per person. Price includes lunch on campus.

Group Registration Fees:

      5 - 9 attendees:  $85 each
      10 or more:       $75 each

Beulah Grove Members

Registration fees for Beulah Grove members are:

Conference Volunteers -   $60.00
BGBC Members          -   $75.00
Ministry Groups (10 or more members) - $70

Community Economic Development Studies (also known as Community Development Training Program):  $ 100.00 per person

There are several methods of registration for the 2008 Vision Builders National Conference.

Register by Phone

Registration is available by phone 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. at (706) 724-1086, ext. 13 or ext. 14. Please have conference track/class information and credit/bank card available. We must receive your registration by September 15, 2008 in order to qualify for Early Bird discounts.

You can download a registration form if you'd rather register off-line. The form is in PDF format. Fill out the form and mail or fax the form as directed below.

We must receive your registration by September 15, 2008 in order to qualify for Early Bird discounts.

Cancellations. In order to receive a partial refund of your registration fee, your cancellation request must be received in writing prior to October 15, 2005. A $20 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the reason for the cancellation (including medical emergencies). No refund of any kind, for any reason, will be given for cancellations requests received after October 15, 2008. Beulah Grove Baptist Church cannot make exceptions to this policy.


Refunds will be issued within 15 business days after the 2008 Vision Builders Conference concludes on October 21, 2008.
