Baby Dedications

at Beulah Grove Baptist Church

 

 

Effective Sunday July 26, 2009 (and every 4^th Sunday thereafter), parents who want to have their baby dedications video-taped on a 4^th Sunday must complete a request form at least one week prior to the planned date of the dedication. A donation (by cash or check) of $12.00 for each copy requested will also be required and due at the time the request form is submitted. These forms are available in the church secretary’s office, at the receptionist desk, and in the accountability office. Donations given by checks are to be made payable to the Beulah Grove Baptist Church (for Baby Dedication). Also note: Requested copies of baby dedications will be available on DVDs only
