Benefits
There are several benefits for the recipients of our products, services and programs. These benefits include but are not limited to:
Teaching for pastors in areas such as leadership, management, organization and administration, counseling, community relations, economic development, etc. These skills will help empower them in their roles as pastors and contribute to their own personal growth as well.
Training for laity in areas such as ministry development, leadership, and discovering their ministry call based on their gifts and created purpose. This training will empower laity to identify their roles, growth challenges in ministry and provide added support to their pastors, ministries and churches.
Church Development so that churches can operate decently and in order under biblical principles and sound administrative functions including accounting-finance, marketing, human resources, program/ministry evaluation, etc.
501(c)3 Development for churches so that congregations can carry out ministry by non-traditional means and encourage community development.
Personal Development so that individuals can maximize their potential in order to lead productive and healthy lives.
