Beulah Grove Ministries

Mission: Serve

To encourage and provide opportunities for individuals and the church to use their time, talents, and gifts, to share the bountiful blessings of God with others throughout the community, state, nation and world.  These ministries seek to fulfill this mission:

Activity

To seek Christian activities outside the walls of the church and promote fellowship with one another.

Communications

We will continue to Seek, Save, Support, Shape and Serve in all that we do and especially as we perform our Ministry function of receiving Added Members into the Church Family.

We will strive to attend Leadership meetings on a quarterly basis; attend Prayer hour at least once a month; and attend Bible Study on a regular basis.

We will continue to put into practice and discuss at our quarterly ministry meetings “The 17 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork” as a follow up from our 2002 Leadership classes.

We would also like to become more knowledgeable and comfortable with articulating “Salvation” to our Added Members as required.  As such, we plan to ask a Minister or Deacon to provide us with Bible-based discussions in the area of Salvation and other areas deemed necessary in working with Added Members.

Health Care

Dedicated to holistic wellness of our Church Family and community.

Hospitality

To register and welcome visiting Christians and friends to Beulah Grove during worship services.  Additionally, as an act of our hospitality, we maintain personal contact with those visitors by responding to them by mail.

Jacob's Well

To encourage the membership to grow in reading and to maintain a spiritual environment for our members.  To have an open door, welcome attitude at all times. You can shop at Jacob's Well online.

Security

(Junior and Senior)  To maintain and provide security for the church family, congregation and all visiting guests during all worship services for the property in and around the church grounds and immediate surroundings area with a readiness to deal effectively with any emergency regarding personal safety and protection of you and property.

Transportation

To develop a transportation system that will provide professional, safe and courteous service to the Beulah Grove Church Family in the Central Savannah River and East Central Georgia Areas

Ushers and Usherettes

Seniors:  To ensure that persons are greeted warmly, seated comfortably, and worshipping needs are met during worship.
1 Peter 4:9-10

Junior and Intermediate:  “I had rather be a door keeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.” (Psalm 84:10b)   To follow and support the leadership of the Senior Ushers Ministry.  Acting as hosts for God, we seek to greet, seat and make the worshipers’ experience as comfortable as possible.

Visionary Stewardship

Bringing faith, giving, and vision together.
