How do I
make an order?
Easy! Shop for great books and gifts from the convenience of your own
home.
Browse our store and as you decide which items you'd like to order, add
them to your shopping cart. When you're finished shopping, just click the
Check Out button, provide the information requested (shipping,
credit card, etc.), and submit your order. If you have questions, email us

All orders are secure and we respect your privacy. Please

Shipping Policy
Under most
circumstances, we ship via United States Postal Service.
Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery.

Your shipping
charges are based on the value of your order. Charges are based at 10% of
the order. Example: Your value of your order is $20. The shipping amount
will be $2. You will see the shipping amount in the shopping cart when you
check out.
Order
Tracking
The USPS allows tracking of mail and
packages. We will send you email telling you when your order ships and
provide the tracking number for the package. You can track the package
from the
USPS website.
Return
Policy
Jacob's Well wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If,
for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or there is a problem,
we will replace or refund your order within 15 days of purchase. Books
and CDs must be unopened to receive a refund. We will replace damaged
items.
A pre-addressed shipping label and packing slip are included in every
package we ship. Please follow the instructions printed on the back of the
packing slip and fill out the returns section on the front. Affix the
pre-addressed shipping label to your box and return it to us via USPS. If
the merchandise you are returning exceeds $100, we request that you use
USPS insured for shipping. Additionally, please record the carrier
tracking information to verify your returned merchandise reaches our
returns address.
We will process your return as soon as we receive the item and either
replace it or give you a refund.
