The Pastor's Welcome
To Our Church Family (Current and Future)
As we continue on this most challenging and wonderful ministry
assignment, we are still a family, tied together by the blood and we are
mission-bound through gifts assigned by the Holy Spirit. After 21
years, we are once again assembled to renew, celebrate, and continue to
move toward personal, community and church destiny. We are excited
about the movement of the Holy Spirit in our church family. His
presence is evident through the quality and commitment of our ministry.
It is our hope that we will continue to inspire each other as we become
and do greater works. Remember, this is a spiritual battle, and as
in any battle, the enemy does not like to lose. Therefore, He will
hit you with everything in his arsenal and if you have not committed your
life, your marriage, your relationship, and your destiny to Christ, the
enemy will "sift you as wheat".
Our prayer is that you will continue releasing your mind and spirit to
be taught by the Holy Spirit,. as we develop together as disciples.
God has blessed our church family with an awesome vision and mission -
"From the Cradle to the Grave" as we "Seek, Save, Support,
Shape & Serve".
We are convinced that your extended potential and destiny must come
through the vision of the church. The church is God's nurturing and
developing ground. To those who are not fully committed, keep in
mind that you don't have to be great to get started, but you do have to
get started to be great. Helen Keller said, "The only thing
worse than being blind is having sight with no vision." Never
mistake a clear vision for a short distance; simply because visions are
never so clear that faith is not without requirement.
To all campus staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers - we thank you
and we thank God for you - for granting you patience, team spirit and
insight to bring the church to this place in history. Your gifts,
talents, and commitment have made the way possible. Greater works is
the promise of scripture. So then, it is only fitting and proper we
close with:
Eph 3:20 (KJV) - Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly
above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us . . .
