Message From Pastor Sam Davis

May God bless and keep our church family:

These 26 years of serving the church family and the community have been challenging on the one hand, and exciting on the other. Because of the community-based wholistic assignment, we have had to stretch. Stretching has been made possible because of the anointing God has placed on our lives. Good stewardship has resulted in God’s willingness to break the fish and bread (Matt. 14) and watch the Lord grow it back, as He matures our faith.

Beulah Grove, thank you for trusting the Word of God and stepping into the vision He has given us. Your application of the Word helps you understand that the miracle is in the stretch. In other words, the sacrifices you demonstrate through your giving, prayer and passion sets you apart.

Once again, I ask that you will stretch and sacrifice as we move forward in the purchasing of the building located at 1438 Wrightsboro Road, Augusta, GA (including nine parcels of associated property) at a cost of $350,000.00

We can do this. Understand that a sacrificial gift is beyond your tithes. Please do not cut your tithes to make the gift. Tithes are what is owed to the Lord. Sacrificial giving is a gift.

This Wrightsboro Road property can be in paid off in 12 months or less. To reach this goal, we need:

            100 persons each to give $1,000.00

            500 persons each to give $500.00

            300 persons each to give $300.00

            200 persons each to give $100.00

            100 persons each to give $50.00

Everyone is asked to make a sacrifice and give what you can (AFTER your tithes) to help achieve the goal. No amount is too high and no amount is too small.

God bless you. Sunday, August 1, 2010 is a major day as we encourage each member to bring as much as you can. This giving season is for one year. The giving Sunday is Church Anniversary, Sept. 19, 2010. The second major day of giving will be the first Sunday in December 2010.

I am stretching out on faith. When our faith embraces the faithfulness of God, we can have a mortgage burning ceremony for this Wrightsboro Road initiative on the 2nd  Sunday in July 2011.
